Using this site and the waitlist

Last updated 22 July 2026

These terms cover your use of this website and the Pulse waitlist. Pulse has not launched yet, so nothing here is an offer of financial services.

Pulse is not a bank. When the platform launches, payment and banking services will be provided through regulated partner institutions. Nothing on this site is a promise that any particular service, price or market will become available to you.

1. Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by [Company legal name], registered in [country] at [registered address] ([company number]). "We", "us" and "Pulse" mean that company. "You" means you or the business you represent.

By using this site or joining the waitlist, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. What this site is

It describes a product we are building. Features shown on it, including payment processing, virtual accounts, issued cards and Pulse2Pulse cross-border settlement, are in development. Screens and figures on the page are illustrations, not live data, and any rates, timings or costs shown are indicative only.

Nothing here is an offer, a quote, or a contract for services, and nothing here is financial, legal, tax or investment advice.

3. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist means we may contact you about early access. It does not mean:

Onboarding as a customer will always be subject to due diligence, underwriting and the applicable regulatory checks by us and our partners. We may decline any applicant, and we may remove anyone from the waitlist, without giving a reason.

You agree the details you submit are accurate, that you are authorised to give them on behalf of the business, and that you are at least 18.

4. Using the site properly

Do not attempt to break into, overload, scrape at scale, or interfere with this site or the systems behind it, submit false or fraudulent details, or use the site for anything unlawful.

5. Our content

The Pulse name and logo, the design of this site, and the text and graphics on it belong to us, apart from third-party marks such as Visa, which belong to their respective owners and appear for identification only. You may not copy or reuse our material for commercial purposes without our permission.

6. Availability

We try to keep the site up, but we provide it "as is". We do not promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss of profit, business, goodwill, data or opportunity arising from your use of this site or reliance on anything shown on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited.

8. Links

Where we link to somebody else's site, we are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

9. Your data

How we handle the details you give us is set out in our Privacy Notice.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and the courts of [jurisdiction] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
