How we handle your details

Last updated 22 July 2026

This notice explains what happens to the information you give us when you join the Pulse waitlist, and what happens when you simply visit this site.

Who we are

This site is operated by [Company legal name], registered in [country] at [registered address] ([company number]). We are the data controller for the information described below.

For anything to do with your data, email privacy@pulsepayments.co.

What we collect

Only what you type into the waitlist form, plus one piece of technical information:

We do not ask for, and you should never send us, payment card numbers, bank details, government identity documents or passwords.

What we do not do

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording and no third-party scripts. Every font and image is served from this domain, so loading the page tells nobody else that you were here.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use your details to contact you about early access to Pulse, to judge whether your business is a fit, and to plan our launch. Where UK or EU data protection law applies, our lawful basis is your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in building and running a waitlist for a product we are launching.

We will not sell your data, and we will not send you unrelated marketing.

Who else sees it

Three service providers process this data on our behalf:

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under the transfer safeguards in their own terms. We share your data with nobody else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Until the waitlist is no longer relevant to us, until you ask us to delete it, or until you have been inactive for two years, whichever comes first. Ask us to delete it at any point and we will, unless we are legally required to keep a record.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:

Email privacy@pulsepayments.co and we will respond within 30 days. There is nothing to pay. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to your data protection regulator; in the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office.

Children

Pulse is a product for businesses. The site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this notice we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant and we hold your email address, we will tell you directly.
